Guangzhou, 9 Jan (China News Service) -- On the morning of 9 January, the 17th session of the Standing Committee of the 13th People's Congress of Guangdong Province was held in Guangzhou. After a vote, the meeting decided to appoint Zhang Xin as vice governor of the Guangdong Provincial People's Government, Li Xiuying as director of the Guangdong Provincial Ethnic and Religious Affairs Commission, and Xu Yongjun from his post as director of the Guangdong Provincial Water Conservancy Department.
