Wang Xia, female, Han ethnicity, born in August 1969, 50 years old, joined the party in July 1991, joined the party in June 1998, graduated from northeast normal university majoring in preschool education, is currently the director of the office of the provincial women's federation, a first-level researcher, and plans to serve as a deputy department-level leader of the provincial group organization.

Wang Hongbin, male, Han ethnicity, born in June 1966, 54 years old, joined the party in July 1986, joined the party in June 1992, graduated from the Provincial Party School majoring in economic management, is currently a member and secretary general of the Daxinganling Prefectural Committee, and intends to serve as the deputy secretary of the municipal (prefectural) party committee.
