Cui Guomin, the head of the enterprise, said with emotion: "Now our products are in short supply, some orders have to be postponed to next year, and now the warehouse can be said to be zero inventory, it is really 'peak circuit turn, willow dark flowers'." ”

Dandong quail eggs have been exported for more than 20 years and are a characteristic and advantageous product of Dandong region. With the continuous development of the quail egg industry in the city, there are now 3 quail egg products export enterprises and 13 recorded quail farms as raw material bases under the jurisdiction of Liaoning Dandong Inspection and Quarantine Bureau. Not only that, in recent years, the two sides have strengthened the supervision of quail farms and grasped product quality from the source, and the quail egg products in our city have been exported to Japan, Singapore, Germany, Australia, Canada and other countries. However, the development of the quail egg industry in our city is not smooth. In November 2016, due to rising costs, fluctuations in foreign currency exchange rates, and increased foreign tariffs, export profits declined, and the export of quail eggs in our city began to decline.

In order to help the export of quail egg products in Dandong City out of the predicament, the Liaoning Dandong Inspection and Quarantine Bureau has determined the support measures of "one enterprise, one policy" and "one product and one policy". Through the continuous strengthening of quality and safety management from the breeding of quail, epidemic prevention monitoring, production and processing, inspection, export and other links, supervise and urge breeding bases and export enterprises to implement the main responsibility and continuously improve product quality.

Cui Guomin told reporters: "Dandong region climate is suitable, cold and warm moderate, suitable for the breeding of quail, quail egg production has nearly thirty years of experience accumulation, with the help of Liaoning Dandong Inspection and Quarantine Bureau, our enterprises in technology and quality are also making continuous progress, not only increase the added value of products, but also improve product competitiveness, therefore, many foreign businessmen will turn their attention back to Dandong." According to statistics, as of now, Dandong's three export quail egg canned production enterprises have a total of 1,920,000 canned orders that have not yet been paid, due to the shortage of quail egg raw materials, the original order scheduled for October shipment has to be delayed until February next year.

Quail farming is a characteristic animal husbandry industry with high technology content and high added value of products, and the raw materials for exporting quail eggs are nearly 60% premium to domestic raw materials. For every 1 ton of canned quail eggs exported, it can generate nearly 8,000 yuan of income for farmers.
