With the rebirth of the nirvana of the ancient nation and the prosperity of traditional culture, the meticulous attitude, rational spirit and moral beauty contained in Chinese painting complement the contemporary Chinese cultural values that need to be constructed in the new era. It not only gives the history of art a brilliant chapter, but also leaves people with a dignified and elegant, romantic and loose memory of time.

The life carefully depicted in the silk pen is deep and ethereal, who is Mao Su hand, in the clear waves of the Tianhe River, listening to the sound of water that is colder than the cold star? A wisp of ancient Zen color, rock-like standing in the wind and rain. There are the most primitive memories of culture in that silk paper, projecting the most simple philosophies and explorations of predecessors.

The artistic conception created by the painter is divided into "reality" and "divine realm", the former is to express the idealized natural reality, so that people can obtain pleasure and stimulation at the visual level; the latter relies more on the illusion and creation of the painter at the ideological and cultural level, giving people a spiritual experience beyond reality.

In China's traditional culture, gods occupy an extremely important position, and the related artistic image also runs through the development process of the entire History of Chinese Art. If you count from the gods and Yu Lei, Chinese has been worshipping the door gods for more than a thousand years. Since the story of Li Shimin of the Tang Dynasty, Qin Qiong, and Wei Chigong was introduced to the people, the two closest door gods to the world began to take root and spread in the folk.

Every year, Li Jingbin will draw a pair of door gods with the method of white painting, take tradition as the foundation, add his understanding of the door gods, and create a series of images of Qin Qiong and Wei Chigong with a unique artistic style. If you look closely at his works, you can always be attracted by the rhythms of them, which are either ethereal or flexible. The full figure is skillfully grafted into the current environment through some subtle elements, and the traditional art and contemporary aesthetic are integrated between the elegant and the customary, and the gorgeous places are like a fairyland, and the ordinary places are also accessible.

The secret thoughts are scattered in front of me in various forms, and I just want to express this feeling in the most comfortable way, even if it is just a fiction. —Yang Yu

Black is ink, white is paper, how much sorrow blooms in the past, the pen is red dust, and the breeze is full of breeze. The rhyme of ink brews an unsolvable mystery, flowing into a wisp of ancient painting rhyme.

Ink painting has a long history and profound tradition, and it carries the prosperity of many ancient and modern times, which is inexhaustible. In the meaning of traditional culture, the delicate ink permeates the deep beauty of birth between the plain and elegant. The painting leaves blank, the magic is in the inkless place, like smoke like dust to dilute the heart, and condense a period of happy and sad memories into a painting.

Two Lives two, Ink on Silk, 2019

The thickness of the ink comes from mortal dust, so five colors can be seen between black and white. There is a pale face in the night, tickling people at the turn. If there is a seemingly innocent breath, it can become the introduction to the pen. In Yang Yu's paintings, she tries to solidify this imperceptible breath to retain those silky moods.

The gray tone between black and white has a beauty of desire that wanders on the edge, and it seems to be right or wrong, and desire is not evil. Yang Yu uses the brushwork method to line, using a large number of lines to break the stereotype of the image, and integrates the performance of the brush with the texture of the ink and complements each other. Therefore, the mysterious and cold texture of gray is continued, purified and refined in the painting.

The feeling of art is sometimes a flash of inspiration, not always. —Yuan Wu

Ink is like the background color of the Chinese nation, when we see that touch of smudge, we can feel the artistic conception behind it, without a trace of estrangement. The distant mountains and smoke and rain in the ink, the mountain streams and the willow embankment will always make people feel more emotional, like a dream of a thousand years of pastoralism.

Yuan Wu graduated from the Art Department of Northeast Normal University and graduated from the Central American Painting Department in 1995 with a master's degree. He is currently a director of the China Artists Association, the deputy director of the Chinese Painting Art Committee, a professional painter of the Beijing Academy of Painting, and a researcher of the National Academy of Painting.

Yuan Wu's figure paintings are simple and sincere, and his smooth brushstrokes have a strong artistic appeal. The use of fine lines makes a lot of brush and ink seem to be understated, but in fact it contains the painter's profound understanding of traditional culture.

In the pen and ink of the avenue to Jane, the meaning is rich. Yuan Wu followed the classical aesthetic principle of writing gods in shape, abandoning the requirements of figurative and realistic modeling, and paying more attention to god-like play. His character paintings are ancient and leisurely, and it is difficult to hide the vivid emotions that flow between his faces and looks.
