This is Laitongzhai Village in the Xingdalu Subdistrict of Jinshui District. Here you can enjoy a soft breeze, lush greenery, clean air, and beautiful flowers. This village has gotten a new lease of life thanks to the 12 homestay clusters, each with their own design theme and styles (such as cement, children's play areas, caves, team building, and script murder).

In the three years since the national strategy for ecological protection and high-quality development of the Yellow River Basin was put into effect, Jinshui District has developed a systematic plan for the villages of Madu, Laitongzhai and Huanggangmiao, together occupying a region of 15 square kilometers along the Yellow River. As its name implies, the "handshake building" is actually a combination of two different buildings. East Building A has 17 floors, while West Building B has 26 floors. The two buildings are joined together by a gallery bridge. This is the site of the National Intellectual Property and Creative Industry Pilot Park.
“握手樓”顧名思義是兩座樓體的結合體，東樓A座17層，西樓B座26層，兩座樓體由一條廊橋緊密相連，構成“握手樓”。金水區國家知識産權創意産業試點園區便設在這裡。
The Pilot Park is the only site approved by the China National Intellectual Property Administration (CNIPA) to provide professional services related to intellectual property and creative industries. It is also a national demonstration zone for the concentrated development of the intellectual property service industry, and a central hub for intellectual property and creative industries in Henan. As night falls, neon lights along the Nongke Road Bar Street come alive, illuminating the lively night. The ambient lighting, in the shape of Chinese and English signs reading Bar Street, 2020 and 998, highlights Nongke Road's attractions during the day. At night, they turn into dazzling lights, bringing a vibrant atmosphere in the Bar Street.
