Since 2017, Hangzhou has listed the ladder work as one of the top ten "people's livelihood practical projects" of the municipal government for five consecutive years, and this year it has clearly defined "promoting the installation of 1,000 existing residential elevators" and included in the "Hangzhou Action Plan for Striving to Be a Model City for Zhejiang's High-quality Development and Construction of Common Prosperity Demonstration Zone (2021-2025)" in the city.
