Its spike resembles the tail of an arrow, which makes the wheat an arrow from the sky to the field. The strip of smoky flesh hanging from the beam is a sign of the waxing moon and a vivid New Year painting.

  Meat can be stored for a year by smoking. When used, soak in warm water, gently remove the black scale and stir-fry. As a child, we look forward to sitting by the fire again from the time the adults have fried the last piece of smoked meat, and often this hope lasts from June until the end of the year, and the smell of fried meat wafted out of the neighbors who are running the house in the principle of fine water and long flow is particularly kind.

  Hometown smoked meat, of course, comes from pigs. In the past, soil species, with a lot of flesh and fat, had a long growth cycle, and were gradually replaced by the hybrid offspring of Yorkshire and The Original Flowers.
