Red Sail lifted its anchor and walked into Red Sail Elementary School. Hongfan Primary School is known as the "cradle of red sails in the smoke of war", during the War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression, it became the coastal defense regiment headquarters of the New Fourth Army, and Su Yu, Tao Yong, Sun Zhongming and so on all commanded the battle here. The school has built "Red Sail Square", "Coastal Defense Regiment Memorial Hall" and "Red Sail Building", normalized the cultivation of "Red Sail Little Explainer", "Red Sail Youth", "Red Sail Squadron" and "Red Sail Squadron" and red sail theme activities, and has successively won the titles of "National Excellent Young Pioneer Collective" and "National Primary and Secondary School National Defense Education Demonstration School", and has been included in the city's party history study and education base.

After retiring from the Fishing Boat Repair Factory in Weigang, Cui Lao still could not give up this "red sail" and set out to create the "Family Coastal Defense History Museum" so that future generations can always remember this history. The physical carriers of disseminating the "red memory" one by one make people more visually understand that unforgettable history, and Cui Laojia has also become a "national defense education classroom" for people from all walks of life, coastal defense militia and young students. Under the leadership of Elder Cui, the young people met the red sailing ship and experienced the red sailing ship making.
