There has been recent progress in the Iranian nuclear negotiations, with Iran confirming that negotiations on the resumption of the agreement will continue in Europe on November 29. But at this critical juncture, the United States is constantly moving, and Iran has held a huge military exercise on its doorstep and publicly named the United States and Israel.
According to the news released by Iran's state television, the country's armed forces have begun to hold large-scale military exercises in and around the Gulf of Oman and the surrounding areas, specifically the Gulf of Oman and parts of the Indian Ocean and the Red Sea to the east of the Strait of Hormuz, the military exercise code name is "Zur Fagar-1400", which covers an area of more than 1 million square kilometers, Iran has mobilized a large number of fighters, drones and combat ships, and carried out a series of actual combat exercises, including launching missiles to strike surface targets. Iranian Rear Admiral Ulam-Ali Rashid confirmed that the large-scale military exercise is in preparation for the defense of the United States and Israel.
Judging from the region of the Iranian military exercise, the purpose of its declaration of determination is very obvious, the Strait of Hormuz is known as the "throat of the world", and 20% of the world's oil needs to pass through here every year, enter the Gulf of Oman and then disperse to the rest of the world. The Red Sea passes north through the Suez Canal, and Europe's energy transport is relying on this waterway. Not long ago, the United States tried to hijack an oil tanker in the Gulf of Oman, which was full of Iranian oil. Iranian Revolutionary Guard ships then rushed to the scene to intercept, soldiers directly raised machine guns at the U.S. destroyer, the United States tried to use the ship to intercept the tanker, but Iran succeeded in taking the lead, the tanker was escorted to the Iranian port.
In addition, the United States has recently continued to impose new sanctions on Iran, which has led to the further destruction of the US-Iran trust, the US sanctions have led to a difficult situation for Iran, and Iran has also led to Iran's inability to believe in the commitment of the United States to return to the Iranian nuclear agreement. Iran believes that the United States is not credible at all, and expects to demand that U.S. sanctions be vetoed during the negotiations at the end of November. Moreover, Iran believes that the United States and Europe should not try to add unrealistic conditions, and Tehran will continue to strive for progress based on previous negotiation experience.

It can be seen that there are still many contradictions between the United States and Iran, and Iran's military exercise is intended to show its ability to deal with threats, which is a declaration of the attitude of the United States and Israel. At the same time, this is also Iran's pressure on the United States and Western countries before the negotiations. Iran wants Western countries to be clear that while Tehran wants to negotiate and resume the normal implementation of the agreement, Iran also has the determination and ability to protect its rights and interests. If Western countries want to negotiate and the United States wants to return to the Iranian nuclear framework, it must show sincerity, otherwise Iran will not be accustomed to Western countries.

Previously, Israel has repeatedly threatened to carry out pre-emptive strikes against Iran, and even prepared special funds for this purpose. For Iran, Israel is the thug of the United States, and if Israel comes out to do damage at a critical moment, it may cause unpredictable consequences, so Iran's military exercise is indeed a stern warning to Israel.
