The neighbor heard the small city's heart-rending cry for help and broke through the door, which stopped Wang's crazy behavior. The ambulance also arrived quickly, sending Xiaocheng and Wang to the hospital for treatment. During the treatment period, Wang was identified as suffering from schizophrenia, was in the acute stage at the time of the crime, and had no criminal responsibility capacity for the case.
Due to the situation in the small town is very special. Originally an abandoned baby, he could not find any relatives who were related by blood, and at present, Wang Mou has lost the ability to supervise as a person with limited capacity for civil liability, Wang's parents, in-laws, and husbands have all died, and there are no adult children, other relatives do not have the will and ability to take long-term custody of the small town, and the village committee where the small city is located is also difficult to assume the guardianship duties. This means that for small cities, the guardianship of the civil affairs department and the care of child welfare agencies have become the urgent and only option.
