Graduated from the Beijing Dance Academy, he worked as a host, dance teacher, and later became a professional yoga instructor. In Wang Chuhan's words, she has been looking for the real state of life and work she really wants over the years – "we can't always live for money." Until 2018, a chance encountered Tengchong, the first university in Yunnan Province to offer an undergraduate major in leisure sports.
"I originally wanted to stay in Dali to teach yoga, but as soon as I arrived in Tengchong, I decided to leave what I wanted to do here." Wang Chuhan said that as soon as he arrived in Tengchong, he liked it here, and when he learned that the school had specially docked poverty alleviation projects, 80% of the students were from poor households, and decided to stay.
"Today's college students are quite tired, not to mention poor college students, they often have to carry a lot of things." They basically have to go out to work after class, and whenever I see this, I feel very sad. I thought I could do something to help them relieve stress and help them acquire a skill that would make them more enjoyable and relaxed. ”

Later, the head of the school interviewed her, hoping that she could give yoga classes for students of different majors, and Wang Chuhan became the school's public elective teacher. "The studio space is provided free of charge by the school. I renovated it myself, the original budget was 100,000, but the construction process costs continued to increase, the construction period was also postponed, and finally it took 400,000 yuan to install, which simply 'hollowed out' my savings. During that time, the contractor foreman kept collecting money, and it was only me and the two students who had been holding on to me. I was crying. ”
By February 2019, it is time to see the studio being renovated. Wang Chuhan cried again—this time because of parting. "There were four students who had been doing yoga training with me before, and then they left one after another. The student who has been with me for the longest time also chose to leave before the Spring Festival this year. Together, we survived the difficulties and finally built the studio, but she was leaving. I was crying. Hurt away. ”
Wang Chuhan said she truly understood the student. "Tengchong is too quiet, and the studio thing is too single. She loves bars, lively, and more popular places. The most beautiful in everyone's heart is different. I like Tengchong's harmony, she may yearn for Dali more. ”

Although he did not stay long enough in Tengchong, Wang Chuhan still made some local friends. "I have a friend who plays with music and art. At first, I didn't understand why I wanted to stay in Tengchong, and often advised me to go back.
