After boiling water, add the noodles, boil again, pour a small half bowl of cold water, cook again until the noodles are all floating and continue to cook on medium heat for about 30 seconds. The cooking time should be slightly adjusted according to the width and thickness of the noodles, note that the noodles cannot be cooked, otherwise it will affect the taste of the noodles.
After boiling, remove the controlled water and quickly cast the purified water twice.

1. Coarse grain flour can be decided according to their own likes whether to add, if only with high gluten flour to make noodles, because the gluten of high gluten flour is larger, do not need to add salt to make the noodles are very strong, less salt is healthier; if you add coarse grain flour, because the coarse grain gluten is poor, adding a little salt can increase the overall gluten of the noodles, so that the noodles made are more gluten, it should be noted that the multigrain noodles should not be added more, which will affect the taste.
2. Pumpkin puree to be cool and then mixed with the noodles evenly, if the pumpkin puree is warm, the hardness of the dough made is not enough, it will affect the strength of the finished product, smooth taste, I am the night before the pumpkin steamed into mud after drying, the next day directly mixed with the noodles, you can save morning time, now the temperature is low do not need to put the refrigerator, if it is summer must be put in the refrigerator, to prevent deterioration. Because pumpkin puree contains water, pay attention to adding water to prevent adding too much water will also affect the taste of the noodles.
3.
