The development and construction of Tianshui Chengji New City is in accordance with the principle of "government-led, planning first, market operation, ecological priority, and embodiment of culture", with infrastructure construction as the breakthrough point, extensive investment and financing as the driving force, and relevant functional departments closely coordinating and cooperating, focusing on increasing the introduction, construction and management of projects, and promoting the development and construction of new cities with project construction. In 2016, a total of 28 projects of various types were implemented in the Chengji New Town area, with a total investment of 22.941 billion yuan. Among them: 8 continued construction projects, 5 newly started, 10 projects planned to start construction within the year, and 5 proposed projects.

(Tianshui Trade City Project)
1. Tianshui City Trade City. Located in the center of the city where Jialu Village of Xianjia road village of Yuquan Town, Qinzhou District and Xiaojiazhuang Village of Huaniu Town, Maiji District are connected, the commercial and trade city covers an area of 1,360 mu, with a total construction area of 1.2 million square meters and a total investment of 3.6 billion yuan, of which the commercial and trade area is 500,000 square meters, with a total investment of 1.5 billion yuan; the high-end commercial residential building is 700,000 square meters, with a total investment of 2.1 billion yuan.
(Chengji Avenue and Flood Control Comprehensive Treatment Project)
2. Chengji Avenue and flood control comprehensive treatment project. The construction content includes roads, bridges, rainwater, sewage, greening, lighting, flood control and so on. The total estimated investment is 700 million yuan.
(Chengji New Town Underground Water Purification Project)
3. Chengji New City underground water purification project. The total estimated investment of the project is 484 million yuan, covering an area of 38 acres, treating 80,000 tons of domestic sewage per day, adopting the underground construction mode, and the sewage collection and discharge pipeline adopts dn1200 reinforced concrete pipe, with a total pipe length of 18km.
4. Luojiagou River Bridge and wiring project in Tianshui City. The project is located in the planning of Jingshi Road. From north to south, starting from Beishan Road, crossing Chengji Avenue, Qihe, Tianbei Expressway, Luojiagou in turn, and ending at Xihuang Avenue. The total length is 1.3 km, and the width of the bridge is 27 m. The total estimated investment is 260 million yuan.
5. Tianshui Chengji New Town Specialist Hospital Comprehensive Building Project. The project is located in the west of Planning Road north of Chengji Avenue, with a total construction area of 21,800 square meters and a total cost of about 75.94 million yuan.
6. Long Shang Zunyu. The project is located on the north side of Chengji Avenue, Zaoyuan Village, Yuquan Town, Qinzhou District, with a total construction area of 73,000 square meters and a total cost of 160 million yuan.

7. Construction project of Maiji Campus of The City No. 1 Middle School. The project has a planned land of 267 mu, 203 mu of teaching land, 20 mu of public rental housing land for teachers, a total construction investment of 413 million yuan, a total construction area of 100,000 square meters, and was basically completed within the year.
8. Municipal Sports Center Project. The total land area is 486 mu, the construction area is 105,000 square meters, and the construction content is "one hall, two halls, one school and one center", that is, 20,000 stadiums, 5,000 gymnasiums, 1,500 swimming pools, 500 student-scale sports schools and national fitness centers, with a total investment of 700 million yuan.

1. Chengji New Home. Located in Xiakou Village, Maiji District, it involves three villages of Wujiazhuang, Jinjiazhuang and Xiakou Village, with a total construction area of 470,000 square meters, an estimated total investment of about 1.9 billion yuan, and a construction period of 3 years.
2. Royal Garden and Fortune Mansion Project. The project covers an area of about 37 acres, with a construction area of 13.7 square meters. The total investment is 100 million yuan.
3. The second phase of the road network of Chengji New Town in Tianshui City. Including 3 roads, all of which are roads and urban branch roads in the area, the construction content includes roads, rainwater, sewage, lighting, transportation facilities and other projects. The total investment of the project is about 19.38 million yuan.

4. Tianshui Tram Demonstration Line Project. The total length of the line is about 20.1km, with 17 stations and a total investment of 3.13 billion yuan.
5. Chengji Square. The total land area is 55 mu, the construction of landscape, greening, paving, underground parking, etc., the estimated investment of 140 million yuan, is scheduled to be completed in 2017.

1. Through the second phase of the comprehensive management of river ecology. The project starts from the end of the first phase of the comprehensive management of the river ecology (Shuijiagoukou) to the mouth of the Weihe River, with a total length of 9.6 kilometers and an estimated total investment of 827 million yuan.
2. Tianshui City Twenty Mile Paving River Bridge and Wiring Project. The total length is 0.9 kilometers, the width of the bridge is 23 meters, covering an area of about 7 hectares, and the estimated total investment is 150 million yuan.
3. Chengji New World. Located at the easternmost end of Chengji New Town, at the confluence of the Wei River and the Zhihe River, the underground is the underground water purification project of Chengji New Town, covering an area of about 58.5 acres. The total investment is 400 million yuan,
4. Chengji Greenland Plaza & Children's Amusement Park. Covering an area of 66,076 square meters, it is positioned as "children's entertainment, citizen fitness, and art life". The total investment is 120 million yuan.
5. Hengshun Development Company Project. The land area is 123 mu, the total planned construction area is 340,000 square meters, the above ground construction area is 247,000 square meters, the underground construction area is 90,000 square meters, and the total investment is 1.2 billion yuan.
6. Chengji Hotel. The project is located in the north area of Chengji New Town Commercial and Trade Convention Center, with a total area of 87 acres, a total construction area of 106089.8 square meters, and a total investment of 500 million yuan.
7. Weixia New Garden. It was built by Maiji District State Investment Corporation. It is proposed to build 15 18-storey buildings with a total construction area of 247,000 square meters. The total investment is 820 million yuan.
8. Yanhe Village shantytown transformation project. Implemented by the Qinzhou District Government, the total construction area is 241,000 square meters, with a total investment of 805 million yuan.
9. Xiaojiazhuang shantytown transformation project in Maiji District. Beizhuang Village has a demolition area of 90,000 square meters and a resettlement housing area of 45,000 square meters, with a total investment of 1.3 billion yuan.
10. Tianshui Country Garden Chengji Real Estate Development Project. The planned development covers an area of 244.5 acres, supporting the construction of style commercial streets, five-star clubhouses, indoor constant temperature swimming pools, independent kindergartens, etc., with a total investment of 2 billion yuan.
4. Five projects are proposed with a total investment of 3.138 billion yuan
1. Bridge by the mouth of the river gorge. The bridge is 350 meters long and 27 meters wide, with a total investment of 68 million yuan.
2. Chengji Avenue underground comprehensive pipe corridor project. The comprehensive pipe corridor is 12 kilometers long, buried 2.0 meters deep, the cross-sectional size is 6.5 meters×4 meters, and the total investment is 520 million yuan.
3. Weihe Gorge estuary land rail transit dual-purpose bridge. With a total investment of 150 million yuan, the preliminary planning and design work is underway.
4. "Tianshui Tianxiu" theater project. The total investment is 300 million yuan.
