It is necessary to give full play to the forces of anti-narcotics information officers, grass-roots party members, and the masses, do a good job of using practical propaganda materials, and carry out propaganda and education on drug prevention in a way that is easily accepted by the masses; third, the urine test of all employees should be carried out again. Comprehensively sort out the number of personnel who should be inspected, implement the current situation of personnel in multiple ways and through multiple channels, fully do a good job in the urine test of the returnees to the village with the help of festivals such as the Hani October Year, and send a letter to the local police station to assist in the urine test work for the migrant workers; fourth, the business training should be strengthened.
