Designer Chen Jianning likes to explore creative design and craftsmanship, often launching cross-border theme clothing such as clothing and culture, clothing and technology, combined with the use of high-quality natural fibers and their new blended materials, while showing the theme connotation of each season while taking into account practical wear.
Designer Chen Jianning's inspiration for each collection of costumes comes from art, including works of art such as paintings, photography, sculptures or art installations.
In particular, he has a long-term cooperation with artist Dai Muyu, using clothing as a carrier to reflect the wind and bone of art.
/ This Season's Philosophy /
Janet chen21aw series "Light and Shadow" is inspired by artist Dai Muyu's ink and photographic works. It tells the warmth of light projected in nature and the mottled flow of paper through the artist's hand.
It is dominated by lustrous caramel and neutral light gray, black and white earth colors, supplemented by a specially wound Italian yarn woolen fabric as a warm color accent. Japanese high-standard, environmentally friendly cotton and blend fabrics are selected, and plant-based additives are used in the production of the fabrics.

In terms of design details, knitting and woven are combined. Designer Chen Jianning is particularly fond of using the plasticity of the woolen coil.
In addition to the presentation of special yarn sweaters and woolen accessories of special weaving methods this season, woolen fabrics are also used to imitate the width of woven fabrics and then combined with woven fabrics, which are both concise and tangible and layered plush fringe details.
In terms of fabric technology, the surface of the spun linen fabric is coated to form a special luster, which increases the fashion sense of the fabric, and the fabric has better formability and stiffness.
