It is reported that on November 16, 2021, the Chengguan Police Station of the Jianning County Public Security Bureau used solid floating population management to quickly crack a case of theft of power lines from construction sites by timely registering information on mobile personnel.

At 7:00 a.m. on November 15, the Chengguan Police Station of the Jianning County Public Security Bureau received a 110-turn police, the door lock of a warehouse at a construction site in Jianning was pried, and the wires stored in the library were stolen, with a loss of more than 40,000 yuan. The police quickly launched an investigation, after retrieving the shop and monitoring along the road, the police locked a suspicious man, and on the night of the crime, a man rode a shared motorcycle to and from the road section of the crime many times. The police successfully identified the man as Luo Mou (36 years old, from Lincang, Yunnan) through inquiries.

After visiting and understanding, the police found that Luo had fled to Fuzhou by train in the afternoon of the same day. The police further verified and judged and found that Luo mou stayed in a hotel in Fuzhou on the evening of the 15th. Jianning police rushed to Fuzhou overnight, a round trip of 700 kilometers, and finally successfully arrested the criminal suspect.
