The handwriting is Fei'er! The FIR Orchestra contract dispute also cleared the mentor Chen Jianning

After retiring from the group, FIR Fei'er Orchestra former lead singer Faye (Zhan Wenting) accused chen Jianning of falsely signing his name on the former owner Huayan International Contract, accusing Chen and Huayan chairman Lu Yanqing and general manager He Yanling of being involved in forgery of documents; Chen Jianning countered Faye's false accusations. The Taipei District Prosecutor's Office identified Faye as personally signed by the handwriting, and the whole case was a misunderstanding, and 4 people are not prosecuted today.

FIR is a rare chinese music trio composed of lead singer Faye Fei (Zhan Wenting), guitarist REAL Ah Qin (Huang Hanqing), and keyboardist IAN (Chen Jianning). In 2018, Lydia (Han Rui) joined, and Faye flew away.

Faye accused her of joining Huayan as the lead singer of Fei'er Orchestra, and that one of the performance guarantee contracts was not signed by her personally, nor did she authorize others to sign it on her behalf, so she accused Chen Jianning and the top management of Huayan of being involved in forged documents. Chen Jianning countered Faye's involvement in false accusations and reputational abuse, and Faye personally signed the contract and authorized him to handle the contract on his behalf.

Faye advocated signing his ID number only on the contract that authorized Chen Jianning to negotiate the contract, but did not sign the performance guarantee with Huayan. However, the prosecution sent the handwriting on the contract to the Criminal Bureau for identification, and the results were consistent with Faye's handwriting, and it was found that Chen Jianning and others did not constitute the crime of forging documents.

As for Chen Jianning's counter-accusations against Faye's false accusations and defamation, the prosecution considered that Chen Jianning had pointed out to Faye's agent that Faye always forgot about the east and the west, and he did not blame Faye; the prosecution determined that Faye should have forgotten after signing the contract, did not make false accusations and infringed on the reputation subjectively, and did not prosecute.
