Zhan Wenting complained that the performance guarantee contract she signed after joining Huayan Records was not signed by her personally, nor was it authorized to be signed by anyone, only Chen Jianning was authorized to write her identity card number in the contract, so chen Jianning and Huayan senior management were sued for forged documents.
Chen Jianning retorted that Zhan Wenting often "forgot the East and forgot the West", when she did have a personal signature, and also entrusted herself to help deal with the details of the contract, because she was dissatisfied with the defendant and sued the other party for harming her reputation.
