The meeting elected the chairman, vice chairman and member of the Standing Committee of the Second District People's Congress, the district chief and deputy district chief of the district people's government, the president of the district people's court, and the chief procurator of the district people's procuratorate.
Zhang Lili was elected chairman of the Standing Committee of the District People's Congress; Lu Yong was elected as the district chief of the district people's government.
Hu Guoqiang, Yin Guangzong, Luo Hua, Li Jigang, and Wang Darong were elected vice chairmen of the Standing Committee of the District People's Congress.
Su Yiyuan, Qian Hu, Yang Lie, Zhou Hong, Zhang Guixian, Song Wei and Lei Ke were elected as deputy district governors of the district people's government.
Wang Ke was elected president of the district people's court; Cheng Quan was elected chief procurator of the district people's procuratorate; according to the Organic Law of the People's Republic of China on Local People's Congresses at All Levels and Local People's Governments at All Levels, the chief procurators of the district people's procuratorates elected by the congress will be reported to the Standing Committee of the Municipal People's Congress for approval.
