Lu Yong served as the deputy governor and acting district chief of the Wanzhou District People's Government

Weiwanzhou news, on December 25, the Standing Committee of the Fifth District People's Congress held its 18th meeting. Li Qingli, chairman of the Standing Committee of the District People's Congress, presided over the meeting.

Lou Qiuling, Jiang Xiao'an, Chen Baoyu, Yin Jiuyang, and Liu Zhongzhong, vice chairmen of the Standing Committee of the District People's Congress, attended the meeting.

Pu Chengming, member of the Standing Committee of the District Committee and deputy head of the district, Lu Wei, president of the district court, Liu Feng, chief procurator of the district procuratorate, responsible persons of the district supervision commission, responsible persons of the committees and offices of the standing committee of the district people's congress, responsible persons of the office of the district party committee, the office of the district government, and the organization department of the district party committee, and responsible persons of relevant departments at the district level attended the meeting as observers.

The meeting deliberated and adopted the motion submitted by the meeting of directors of the Standing Committee of the Wanzhou District People's Congress of Chongqing Municipality on the submission for consideration and acceptance of Bai Wennong's resignation as district chief of the Wanzhou District People's Government of Chongqing Municipality; deliberated and adopted the motion submitted by the Meeting of Chairmen of the Standing Committee of the Wanzhou District People's Congress of Chongqing Municipality on the appointment of Lu Yong to a post; and deliberated and adopted the motion of the Meeting of Chairmen of the Standing Committee of the Wanzhou District People's Congress of Chongqing Municipality on submitting for deliberation and deciding that Lu Yong should be the acting district chief of the People's Government of Wanzhou District of Chongqing Municipality.

Before the meeting began, the Standing Committee of the District People's Congress held the 33rd Meeting of Directors to examine and deliberate on the relevant topics of the 18th Meeting of the Standing Committee of the Fifth District People's Congress.

The 18th meeting of the Standing Committee of the Fifth People's Congress of Wanzhou District of Chongqing Municipality decided to appoint Lu Yong as the deputy district governor of the People's Government of Wanzhou District of Chongqing Municipality, and decided that Lu Yong was the acting district chief of the People's Government of Wanzhou District of Chongqing Municipality.
