At the beginning of the establishment of the community party branch, Zheng Hao, as a member of the branch, took the initiative to collect information such as the job positions, hobbies, and professional expertise of all party members of the branch, and set up four party member pioneer posts such as comprehensive service group, legal service group, cultural and educational service group, and medical service group on this basis.
On the afternoon of June 26, 2018, the express parcel stored by the owner of the Tingzhou capital community in the security room of the community was stolen, and the owner was very anxious, but he did not know where to start. After Comrade Zheng Hao, who had just taken office, learned of the situation, he immediately organized a legal service team to carry out an overnight investigation, checked the monitoring, checked every possible escape route, and finally successfully found and returned the package to the owner the next afternoon, the whole process took less than 24 hours.
A series of problems such as limited parking spaces in the Tingzhou capital community, no public charging area for electric vehicles in the community, and random parking and littering have directly affected the overall appearance of the community, bringing inconvenience to the travel of residents, and the owners of the community have complained continuously. Solving the problem of random parking and littering is imminent, and after consultation with the branch committee, Zheng Hao began his public carport planning "blueprint". First of all, he communicated and negotiated with the county housing and construction bureau to plan parking spaces under the community and regulate residents' parking. At the same time, after soliciting the opinions of the owner's representatives, more than 30,000 yuan of funds for the construction of the residential carport were actively raised. The funds were solved, the site problem came head-on, learned that an idle vacant land next to the community garage is very suitable for building a public carport, but the property rights belong to the Nanchang Railway Director Ting Station, for this reason Zheng Hao and the branch secretary went to the Nanchang Railway Director Ting Station for many times to actively coordinate, and finally got the support of Changting Station, agreed to temporarily lend the idle land to the community as a carport, solved the problem of parking difficulties and charging difficulties in the community, and the appearance of the community was renewed.
How to better improve the cultural education work of the community and create a good community literary and artistic atmosphere of "loving learning, helping students and convenient learning" has always been a major event in Zheng Hao's heart. At the beginning of the completion of the Tingzhou capital community, part of the owner's house was reserved, and it was in a state of no one for a long time. Zheng Hao boldly proposed to use the space as a reading room for the community, and issued the "Proposal for Donating Books in the Reading Room of the Tingzhou Capital Community" to encourage residents to donate their idle books, and the party branch can let residents borrow them for free after unified registration. In response to the problem that residents reflected the difficulty of tutoring children's homework, he gave full play to the functional expertise of the branch cultural and educational service group and the resources of party members and teachers in the community, mobilized teachers and party members in the community, used the off-duty time to take turns on duty in the reading room, and tutored the students' homework, so that the community reading room truly became a "school at the doorstep", which not only created a good learning atmosphere in the community, but also brought people's hearts closer.

In this new period, Comrade Zheng Hao used his actions to interpret the service concept of a Communist Party member "building the party for the public and ruling for the people" and played the vanguard and exemplary role that a Communist Party member should play.
