Songhe Grain Liquid is one of the "Seventeen Famous Wines" and is produced in Songhe Distillery. Songhe Distillery was born in 1968 on the basis of more than 20 local winemaking workshops. This wine is based on local high-quality sorghum as the main brewing raw material, to use the water in the ancient Song River (now Dasha River) as the brewing water, so it got the name Song River grain liquid.
Songhe Grain Has the characteristics of colorless and transparent, sweet entrance, smooth tail and clean tail, and has also won many awards before winning the title of "Chinese Famous Wine". Unfortunately, with the popularity of advertising liquor, the market of Songhe Grain Began to shrink gradually, and now it has almost faded out of the public eye.
"In the southeast, southwest, and northwest, good wine is in Zhang Bow", this catchy advertising slogan made the public remember the name of Zhang Bow wine. In the history of the development of liquor in China, Zhang Bow wine has left the imprint of "the originator of low-grade liquor", which has the characteristics of rich aroma, elegant and delicate, sweet and clean, mellow and plump, and long aftertaste.
The decline of Zhang Bow Wine was actually laid in 1988, when in order to solve the bottleneck of production capacity, a new factory was built a few hundred meters away from the old factory, commonly known as the "North Factory". Baofeng wine has a long history of brewing, which is rumored to date back to more than 4,000 years ago during the Yidi wine-making period, and is one of the "Seventeen Famous Wines" like Songhe Grain. Baofeng wine uses high-quality sorghum as the main raw material, mixed with wheat, barley and peas to make koji, and fermented by means of ground tank fermentation, steaming and firing, pottery tank storage and aging, so the wine body has the characteristics of fragrant fragrance, sweet and refreshing, and long aroma.
Credit shop old wine is one of the "five golden flowers" of Henan liquor, using sorghum, glutinous rice, rice, wheat and corn five kinds of grains, as the main brewing raw materials, brewing pay attention to "one long two high three appropriate": one long long long fermentation; two high cellar acidity, high starch into the cellar; three appropriate, moisture, temperature, chaff appropriate.
