The business process of the home improvement industry mainly includes traffic acquisition, design transfer, and delivery. Aijia Life adopts the b2B2c model, through the integration of real estate, manufacturers (furniture), design ends, construction parties (decoration companies) four ends of the resources, to build a complete home improvement ecosystem, the company Aijia life has more than 30,000 home users need to be renovated.

In addition, the company has improved the delivery efficiency through the online management of construction, but the design order has always been a pain point for the company, and it is also a bottleneck in the development of the industry. Pan Dingguo, CEO of Aijia Life, said that the company realized that the design tool problem was an industry bottleneck 3 years ago, because the largest decoration company can only serve 10-20 families per designer per year on average.

After 3 years of research and development, the company will be open to designers this time. On the platform, designers can draw floor plans in a short period of time, and through small videos, VR, AR experiences, and the assistance of artificial intelligence, the drawing time can be shortened from 2 days to 1 hour of traditional labor.
