In fact, luo Guanzhong could not be blamed, even Zhengshi did not explain the details of Guan Yu's family lineage. Gong Chong Mu was good at the road, and trained his son with "Yi" and "Spring and Autumn". He died in the third year of Emperor Huan's yongshou and died at the age of sixty-eight. Here it is said that during the Kangxi Dynasty of the Qing Dynasty, When Xiezhou Shou Zhudan was repairing the ancient well, he accidentally excavated the tombstone and tomb passage of the Guan family. The tomb tiles are engraved with the table characters about YuZu and his father, the date of birth and death, etc., the information is more detailed, and there is also a slight mention of Guan Yu's family situation. Based on this, Zhu Dan wrote the "Record of the Tombstone of Guanhou Zu".
According to the written records on the tomb tiles, the Guan family is actually a literati family, and Guan Yu's grandfather is called Guan Zhen. Han and Emperor Yongyuan were born in the second year of Gengyin and lived in Baochi, Changping Village, Xiezhou. The record says that he "chong Mu Hao Dao", often trained his son with "Yi" and "Spring and Autumn", and died in the second year of Emperor Huan's Yongshou, at the age of sixty-eight.
Probably due to the influence of the family environment, Guan Yu also likes to read. Pei Songzhi annotated the Romance of the Three Kingdoms and wrote: "Yu Hao's Biography of the Zuo Clan is slightly catchy. The ancient generals read the "Biography of zuo" as a soldier's book.
In the "Tombstone Of Guanhou Zu", Yun said: "(Yu Father Yi) was filial piety, and after his father's death, he was buried at the tomb for three years, and Guan Yu was born on June 24, the third year of Emperor Huan's reign. After Yu grew up, he married Hu and gave birth to a son, Guan Ping. ”
It mentions that Guan Yu's father was named Guan Yi, who was also a loyal and filial piety. After Guan Zhen's death, Guan Yi guarded the funeral for his father for three years, and later gave birth to Guan Yu, who married Hu and gave birth to a son, Guan Ping. In this way, it seems that Guan Ping is indeed Guan Yu's biological son, rather than the adopted son compiled in the Romance of the Three Kingdoms. The earliest known edition of the Romance of the Three Kingdoms was engraved in the first year of Jiajing (1522), and now it is almost 500 years old, although it is a novel, we can not look at it as a history, but many people still believe that Guan Ping is an adopted son, from this point of view, Luo Laozi is deceiving many people!
In addition to the previous historical records and tomb brick records, which confirm that Guan Yu had two sons, Guan Ping and Guan Xing, the Romance of the Three Kingdoms also appears Guan Yu's third son, guan Suo.
In the Romance of the Three Kingdoms, Guan Suo accompanied Zhuge Liang on his southern expedition and served as a pioneer. In addition, the popular rap lyrics "Hua Guan Suo Biography" during the Ming Dynasty also related to Suo's life, and Guan Suo also married Bao Sanniang of Baojiazhuang in Kuizhou, and the husband and wife were in the same Fuhan room. So is there anyone else in this pass? In fact, the appearance of Guan Suo is also a folk legend of the Ming Dynasty, and there is no mention of any canonical history. Some people also say that the ancient seal writing of "Suo" and "Ping" is similar, and Guan Suo probably refers to Guan Ping.
But Guan Ping has never been to Yunnan in his life, so this statement is also imaginary. The history books are not contained, and there is no evidence to confirm it, so Guan Suo is also a fictional figure of Luo Laozi or the Ming Dynasty.
Guan Yu's lineage has an answer, but there is also a problem that the Guan Yu family was destroyed by Pang Society. It is said that Guan Yu has not been handed down by posterity. However, just 17 years after the extinction of the Guan Yu clan, that is, after the Western Jin Dynasty destroyed Wu, Guan Yu's descendants appeared in Jingzhou again. What is going on here, could it be that Pang will let go of the descendants of the Guan family? In fact, if Pang Hui insists on destroying the Guan family, he will naturally not let go of a person. And when the so-called Guan Yu clan was destroyed, Guan Yu's descendants appeared in Jingzhou, what is going on?
In fact, the history books do not record this descendant of Guan Yu, and the historian does not know about this file, but the local county records record this descendant of Guan Yu.
According to the "Chronicle of Jingzhou Prefecture" and "Chronicle of Jiangling County" in the Guangxu period of the Qing Dynasty, when Guan Ping accompanied Guan Yu to guard Jingzhou, he married Zhao Yun's daughter and had a son named Guan Fan. Later, Guan Yu's army defeated Maicheng, and Guan Yu and Guan Ping's father and son were killed. Zhao Yun's daughter escaped from Jingzhou with the 8-year-old Guan Fan, changed her surname to a name, lived in the countryside, and only returned to Jingzhou City after the Western Jin Dynasty destroyed Wu, restored the Guan surname, and lived in Jingzhou, taking the Shouling family as her business.
This record does not appear in the history books, but according to the ancestors of the Jingzhou Guan surname, they are indeed descendants of Guan Yu. As for the true and false, we can see from the Qing Dynasty's treatment of the Guan family, and the ancients' ability to distinguish should not be inferior to ours.
During the Yongzheng period of the Qing Dynasty, guan yu was enshrined in the Tangyang Guanlin, and during the Qianlong period, the Jingzhou Guanmiao was enshrined, and the hereditary five classics doctor was specially approved, and all miscellaneous sects were exempted. Since he can enjoy these treatments, it proves that he should be a descendant of the real Guan Yu.
Interestingly, in addition to Guan Yu's descendants of Guan Yu, there are also descendants of Guan Yu in Ji County, Hebei Province, which comes from Dengzhou's "Guan Family Tree". This version of Guan Yu's family tree was compiled by the imperial court, and was added during the Qing Kangxi to Jiaqing years, and the editor was Guan Wenbang at the time of Jiaqing, who was said to be the fifty-eighth grandson of the Guan clan. What is surprising is that the descendants of Guan Yu in Ji County, Hebei Province, are the Guan Yi clan that inherited Guan Yu's title.
