On August 16, the Hangzhou Municipal Bureau of Planning and Natural Resources announced the design plan for the Hangzheng Chu chu [2021] No. 5 plot project that Rongxin bid for in the Sandun North Plate of Xihu District, with a publicity date of August 26, 2021.

Hang Zhengchu [2021] Plot 5, namely Plot b-r21-07 of Sandun North Unit, east to the planned Zhangjiayang Road, south to the planned Dunyu Road, west to the planned Beijiazhi River, and north to the planned Beijiaqiao Port. It is necessary to build public rental housing of 8463.36 square meters (10%).
On May 7, 2021, Rongxin bid for the b-r21-07 plot of Sandun North Unit in Xihu District with a ceiling price of 1560.7 million yuan, with a floor price of 18441 yuan / ㎡, a premium rate of 30%, and self-sustaining 8%.
According to the project announcement, the south side is a business along the street, a total of 7 24f-27f high-rise buildings are planned, and the standard floor height of the residential part is 2.9m.
The project contains centralized green space and public sports facilities, with community entrances and exits on the southwest and southeast sides, and the main entrances and exits of the community on the southwest side.
The south side of the project is the two major red disk projects Zizhangtai Apartment and Tianlanli that opened in January this year, with a plate limit of 28,100 yuan / m², and the latest winning rate was 11.34% and 31.75% respectively; the average signed price of the second-hand houses in Zixi Huayucheng and Yungu Apartment on the north side was 43,590 yuan / m² and 43,050 yuan / m², respectively.
The transportation facilities include the Second Phase of Metro Line 4 Zijingang Station (under construction), which will be convenient for future transportation. In terms of medical treatment, the straight-line distance of the south of the project is 1 km for the Sandun Branch of Zhejiang Hospital.

On August 16, the Hangzhou Municipal Bureau of Planning and Natural Resources announced the design plan for the Hangzheng Chu chu [2020] Plot 77 project bid by DXN in the Dingqiao plate of Shangcheng District, with a publicity date of August 27, 2021.
Hang Zheng Chu Chu [2020] No. 77, Dingqiao Unit jg0406-15 plot, east to Tonggang Road, south to Danonggang Road, west to Dingqiao Road, north to Lilac Street.
According to the planning conditions of the plot: the residential building is not more than 87,000 square meters, of which 25,000 square meters of public rental housing (28.7% of the residential).
On January 15, 2021, DXN bid for the JG0406-15 plot of Dingqiao unit in the upper limit price of 148203 million yuan, with a floor price of 13,561 yuan / ㎡, a premium rate of 29.8%, and self-sustaining 28%.
According to the project announcement, the south side is the commercial part, the 1# and 2# buildings are 3f commercial buildings, the 10# and 11# buildings on the west side are 16f self-sustaining residences, the 4#, 5#, 6# are 16f public rental housing, and the remaining 7 buildings are 16f high-rise buildings for sale. The standard floor height of the residential part is 2.9 meters.
There are entrances and exits to the north, south and west sides of the community, and the flow of people and vehicles is implemented. Outdoor fitness facilities are included.
