According to the Inner Mongolia "Wulanchabu Daily", on the morning of February 26, the fourth session of the Fourth People's Congress of Wulanchabu City held its third plenary session. By secret ballot, the meeting elected Shi Liang as chairman of the Standing Committee of the Fourth People's Congress of Ulanqab City; Qi Feiyun as mayor of the Ulanqab Municipal People's Government; Chao Ke as chairman of the Supervision Commission of Ulanqab City; and Shi Fang as vice chairman of the Standing Committee of the Fourth People's Congress of Ulanqab City.
