Ingredients: 200 g pork belly, 2 slices of salted fish, 1/2 red bell pepper
Seasoning: 1 tsp soy sauce, 2/3 tsp salt, 1/3 tsp pepper, 1 tsp salad oil, 1 tsp shredded ginger, 1 tsp shredded shallot, 1 tsp minced shallot

1. Wash the pork belly, chop into small pots, add 5 tablespoons of water and stir in the same direction, then add salt, soy sauce, pepper and chopped green onion and mix well.
2. Wash the salted fish with warm water.
3. Remove the seeds and tendons of the red bell peppers and cut into thin strips.
4. Spread a deep side dish with 1 tsp of salad oil and spread the mixed minced meat into a cake. Place the salted fish, sprinkle with shredded ginger and basket over medium heat and steam for 15 minutes.
5. Remove the disc, sprinkle with shredded shallots and red peppers, heat the remaining salad oil and drizzle.
Tips
(1) The salted fish itself has a salty taste, and the amount of salt should not be too much, so as not to taste too salty in the dish.
(2) The steaming time is based on the degree of the meatloaf just cooked, and if the time is too long, the taste is not tender.
