On November 23, 1948, he came to Xiamen from Taiwan on the ship "Lujiang", and on April 2, 1949, he took the "Fengxiang Ferry" to Hong Kong to ask Mr. Ye Gongqiu to write poems for the three episodes of the "Collection of Paintings on The Protection of Life". During his stay in Minnan, his wife and children lived with their families in their friends Li Ding's house (No. 17 Neiwumiao Street, Xiamen) and at No. 43, Gucheng West Road, Xiamen, with li ding's family. During this period, he completed the creation of the third collection of "Nursing Life Painting Collection" with a total of 70 paintings, conducted a painting exhibition at the Xiamen Chamber of Commerce, visited Nanputuo Temple, visited Zhangzhou Shima Middle School (now Longhai First Middle School in Fujian Province) and delivered speeches, and visited Quanzhou and other places.
The exhibition of Mr. Zhang's masterpiece can be said to revisit the hometown and continue this southern Fujian love.
