At the Zhongshan Entrepreneurs Symposium held some time ago, we entrepreneurs also paid attention to many details, such as the main leaders of the municipal party committee greeting entrepreneurs outside the venue half an hour in advance, etc. The signal released by these details made us feel excited. At the same time, we are also waiting for the "signal on the surface" to be transformed into a "signal on the matter", hoping that the relevant government departments can solve several long-term unresolved and "old and difficult" matters by really doing solid work, so as to boost the spirit of entrepreneurs. Good ideas deserve good execution.
On the matter of "changing work style," I think grassroots cadres should "let go of their hands and feet."
On the one hand, we should let go of our hands and feet in work, improve efficiency, and provide more confidence and convenience for entrepreneurs, while higher-level departments should also let cadres "feel at ease" and avoid the negative emotions of "doing more wrong", resulting in "no one dares to do it".
On the other hand, it is necessary to let go of the hands and feet of the government-business relationship and form an atmosphere of mutual trust. If there is an atmosphere of "dare not eat" and "dare not take pictures" between government officials and entrepreneurs, it will cause a lot of ideological baggage to both sides.
As entrepreneurs, we still hope to see the results of real hard work. Relevant departments, especially functional departments, should really go deep into enterprises, understand enterprises, and know the needs of enterprises, so as to truly formulate rewards and support policies that benefit the majority of small and medium-sized enterprises, and avoid the situation that the relevant policies are "simplified" for the convenience of quantitative measurement of indicators, and ultimately cannot benefit most enterprises.
"Cadres do not realize how difficult it is to do business, entrepreneurs do not experience how difficult it is for cadres" is a phenomenon, we hope that both government and business can enhance their understanding and trust in each other. For example, on the issue of electricity curtailment, if there is more communication and planning arrangements in advance, enterprises will have more autonomy and choice, which can avoid a lot of trouble. We also believe that leading cadres should not always "look outward" and only pay attention to attracting investment to large enterprises and large projects. More attention should be paid to the stock economy and stock capital.
In fact, companies don't need much "care" a lot of times. We have been swimming in the sea of the market for many years, have the ability to solve the business and production problems we encounter, lack of money, we will take out loans; without the market, we will open up. I just hope that the government departments can do a good job in the business environment and let the heroes have a place to play; the business atmosphere will be driven up, and the "release of water and fish" will allow us to operate smoothly, increase capital and expand production. Just like planting trees, as long as the land is turned over and watered, the business can thrive.
