Speaking of Cao Cao, there are many labels on his body, many opinions, and so on, there are true and false, among these labels, there is a lot of laughter in the past, that is, "lustful", or "good wife". This problem can be said to have directly or indirectly affected Cao Cao's marriage and cao Wei's history.
1. Lady Ding and Cao Cao
For Cao Cao's wife, we should be more familiar with Lady Bian, that is, Empress Wuxuan of Wei, Cao Pi and Cao Zhi and their birth mother. In fact, before Lady Bian, Cao Cao also had a proper wife, that is, Lady Ding.
Lady Ding's life, there are not many historical records, according to the "Romance of the Three Kingdoms , Wei Ji", Cao Pi succeeded to the throne, posthumous ancestral records, Cao Cao's birth mother surname Ding, and so on, coupled with the social atmosphere at that time, Cao Cao's Lady Ding may be Cao Cao's cousin, close to the family, married to Lianli.
2. Lady Ding and Cao Ang
In ancient times, rich and noble families married their daughters, generally with a few good posture of the maidservant, in addition to the usual waiting for the miss and aunt, there is also an important role, that is, to help their own miss to fix the favor.
When your own lady is inconvenient or pregnant, help your aunt solve your physiological needs. Because she is her own maid, most of them are cultivated from an early age, and there is naturally no problem of competing for favors.
After Lady Ding married Cao Cao, she may have been childless due to the influence of the marriage of her close relatives, but the maid Liu Shi gave birth to Cao Cao's eldest son Cao Ang.
Liu Fanghua died early, and Cao Ang was raised by Lady Ding since he was a child, and regarded him as his own, so Cao Ang naturally became the eldest son of Cao Cao, the most legitimate heir of Cao Cao in law. Moreover, Cao Ang himself was also very good, and at the age of twenty he was promoted as filial piety.
III. Death of Cao Ang
In the second year of Jian'an, Cao Cao marched on Zhang Xiu, and Cao Ang accompanied him on the expedition, and soon after, Zhang Xiu surrendered. Cao Cao jiu heard that Zhang Xiu's aunt Zou Shi (Zhang Ji's widow) was beautiful, and he took it for himself.
It is said that Zhang Xiu was raised by Zhang Ji and his wife since childhood, as if he were a parent, how could he endure such a great humiliation, and he felt hatred in his heart, and when he heard that Cao Cao had given him a lot of money, hu Che'er, he was even more suspicious in his heart (it was not ruled out that Cao Cao had the possibility of wanting to kill Zhang Xiu at that time). So he gathered his cronies and plotted against Cao.
Zhang Xiu suddenly rebelled, caught Cao Cao in gentle township by surprise and fled in defeat. In the melee, the eldest son Cao Ang, nephew Cao Anmin, and the fierce general Dianwei were all killed.
(Note: In romance of the Three Kingdoms, Cao Ang ceded his horse to his father Cao Cao, resulting in his own being killed)
Fourth, the gap
Cao Ang's death, for Mrs. Ding, was like the sky had collapsed, and the whole world had lost its color. Han Xinru painstakingly raised feelings for more than twenty years, and it was even more dependent on him in the second half of his life, which was all gone.
Lady Ding, who was grieving and unable to suppress herself, transferred Cao Cao's body full of hatred. If it weren't for Cao Cao's lust, how could his son die.
Cao Cao's heart was full of remorse for the death of his son, it was the eldest son he had painstakingly cultivated, the heir of his career, he was so good, but he died because of himself.
Even for the sake of the overall situation, the surface is not said, but the heart is like a knife. Faced with Lady Ding's questioning and endless crying, Cao Cao felt guilty and angry. In the end, he was not bothered and sent her back to her mother's house.
Fifth, farewell
After a while, Cao Cao thought that Lady Ding should be happy, and he wanted to take it back, after all, a husband and wife for half a lifetime, with deep feelings, who can really calculate. Unfortunately, Cao Cao still did not understand Lady Ding's feelings for her son, and at this time, Lady Ding was already dead in her heart.
According to the Wei Luo, when Cao Cao came, Lady Ding was weaving, and someone told her that Cao Cao had come, and she did not answer. Cao Cao came in, stroked her back and said, "Come back with me." Mrs. Ding still did not speak.
Cao Cao waited for half a day, walked to the door, and then asked, "Are you really not going back with me?" Still speechless.
Cao Cao said, "If you don't go back with me, we'll really have to say goodbye." "Still haven't gotten a reply from Mrs. Ding."
In this way, Cao Cao divorced Lady Ding and allowed her to remarry, of course, allowing permission, the Ding family did not dare to really let Lady Ding remarry, and Lady Ding estimated that she did not have that mind.
Lady Ding was deposed, and Lady Bian, who was originally only a concubine, was raised to the main chamber, and Cao Pi Cao Zhi naturally became a concubine, and there was also the matter of "born from the same root, and fried He too anxiously".
6. Epilogue
The specific time of Lady Ding's death is not specifically recorded in the history books, and according to the vague statement in the Wei Luo, she should have divorced Cao Cao within a few years and died. In fact, for a person who has no hope, leaving early is also a relief.
Later, before Cao Cao died, he was entangled in a sickbed, knowing that his time was short, and sighed: "I have acted in my life, I have not felt sorry for anyone, except under the Nine Springs, if Cao Ang asks about his mother, how should I answer?" ”
There is a way that people will die, and their words are also good, and it can be seen from this passage that whether it is for Cao Ang or for Lady Ding, Cao Cao's heart has always been full of guilt.
