Yantai City implemented unified registration of real estate from the 20th, and the certificate "stopped the old and issued the new"

Yantai, September 13 (YantaiTai Xu Shuo) The red cover, printed with the national emblem and the words "Real Estate Property Rights Certificate of the People's Republic of China", the unified version of the real estate property rights certificate supervised by the Ministry of Land and Resources, that is, the new version of the real estate property rights certificate, will be put into use in Yantai City from September 20. This marks the full implementation of a unified real estate registration system within the urban area of our city.

Yantai Real Estate Registration Center has set up six sub-centers directly under Zhifu District, Laishan District, Fushan District, Muping District (including Kuncheng Mountain Conservation Area), Development Zone and High-tech Zone.

From 8:30 on September 20, the sub-centers of the Municipal Real Estate Registration Center began to accept the business of the scope of real estate registration, and the ownership certificate issued by the former land and housing management departments was stopped from accepting and handling the certificate.

Citizens in urban areas involved in the unified registration of real estate, all real estate that need to handle collective land ownership, construction land use rights, residential land use rights, houses and other buildings (structures), mortgage rights, easements of real estate for the first time registration, change registration, transfer registration, cancellation registration, correction registration, opposition registration, advance notice registration, seizure registration and other types of registration, from September 20, need to go to the sub-centers of the Municipal Real Estate Registration Center.

The registration of the right to use the sea area, the right to forest, and the right to land contractual management shall still be handled by the original registration department in accordance with the original procedures.

Real estate certificates and land certificates will be "stopped and renewed" from the 20th. Before 17:00 on September 19, the land and housing registration business accepted will be reviewed and issued according to the original handling rules.

In accordance with the principle of "no change", after the new "Real Estate Property Rights Certificate" and "Real Estate Property Rights Certificate" are launched, the land, housing certificates and registers issued by the former land and housing management departments in accordance with the law will continue to be valid, and the rights will not be changed and the certificates will not be replaced.

According to reports, the use of the new version of the real estate property rights certificate does not mean that the old version of the certificate is invalid, only if the rights change, you need to replace the new certificate, if the rights do not change, the old version of the certificate can be used forever.

"If there is no change in the immovable property of the obligee, that is to say, there is no transfer of the immovable property or change of the obligee of the immovable property, then the immovable property certificate may not be replaced." According to the relevant staff of the Yantai Real Estate Unified Registration Department, in accordance with the principle of "no change", after the new "Real Estate Property Rights Certificate" and "Real Estate Property Rights Certificate" are used, the land, housing certificates and registers issued by the former land and housing management departments in accordance with the law continue to be valid, the rights do not change, and the certificates are not replaced. However, after September 20, a new real estate property right certificate will be issued when the transfer procedures such as sale, change, and transfer are completed.
