Anlu City innovates and explores the "ecological +" development model, coordinates to promote high-quality economic development and high-level protection of the ecological environment, and makes ecological greening the core competitiveness. Continue to do a good job in pollution prevention and ecological restoration, coordinate the coordination and management of various ecological elements such as mountains, water, forests, fields, and rivers, pay close attention to the feedback of central and provincial environmental protection inspectors and the rectification of problems assigned by inspectors "looking back", and fight the defense of blue sky, clear water, and pure land. The whole city promotes the integrated treatment of urban and rural garbage and sewage, and the county-level water-saving social standards have passed the provincial acceptance and been selected as a "national ecological function zone". The first county-level automatic monitoring station for atmospheric composite pollution in the province was built, 14 township garbage transfer stations and 13 township sewage treatment plants were all completed and put into operation, all sand mining plants in the territory were closed, and the chemical enterprises along the Fuhe River were cleared. Establish a three-level river (reservoir) length system in cities and villages, and clarify the city's 82 rivers, 145 small and medium-sized reservoirs, 15 important urban water sources, and the responsible subjects and management personnel of key backbone ponds and weirs, and implement "one river and one file".
In order to further enhance its competitiveness, Anlu City will integrate the concept of "ecological +" into industrial development, vigorously develop circular economy and green economy, promote the transformation and upgrading of traditional industries such as metal products and grain and oil machinery, and accelerate the development of emerging industries such as new energy, new materials and their supporting facilities, and biomedicine. Vigorously promote the creation of agricultural green development demonstration counties in the Yangtze River Economic Belt, successively implement two rounds of agricultural non-point source pollution comprehensive treatment projects with an area of 31,000 mu, and explore five ecological agricultural development models such as factory processing type, biogas conversion type, integrated circulation type, biochemical treatment type and comprehensive utilization type, and have been rated as the first batch of green animal husbandry demonstration counties in the country and the first ecological circular agriculture demonstration county in the province.
