In view of this year's strong autumn rainy weather, Fuping County launched an emergency plan for grain production, held a meeting, coordinated and implemented measures, and actively carried out agricultural production self-help work with "grabbing" as the mainstay. In order to ensure the smooth completion of the county's autumn sowing work, in the past few days, Fuping County has seized the recent good weather, grasped the law and responded scientifically, comprehensively accelerated the progress of land preparation and autumn sowing work, ensured that autumn sowing should be planted in full, and laid a solid foundation for realizing next year's bumper summer grain harvest.
On November 4, between the farmlands of Qicun Town and Liuqu Town in Fuping County, large-scale agricultural operation machinery such as ploughing machines, rotary cultivators, and seeders shuttled back and forth, and villagers seized the sunny weather to tidy up the fields, and there was a busy scene everywhere. Under the leadership of the county party committee and the county government, the county agricultural and rural bureau and the county agricultural technology center have actively mobilized large-scale agricultural operation machinery for the villagers, vigorously promoted the "one-stop" operation of corn machine harvesting, straw returning to the field, fine land preparation, and wheat sowing, scientifically arranged the connection between stubble and mouth, improved the quality of straw returning to the field, deep ploughing and deep pine land preparation, supporting the use of the technology of ploughing and harrowing and pressing the land, improving the efficiency of agricultural machinery operations, effectively speeding up the progress of sowing, and making every effort to do a good job in the work of grabbing wheat seeds at the right time.
Up to now, the county's wheat planned sowing area is 763,900 mu, and 715,000 mu have been sown, accounting for 93.6% of the sown area, and strive to complete the wheat sowing task by November 15.
