Taiwan,Taiwan News on July 13 This year marks the 10th anniversary of the successful application for the West Lake Heritage. On this occasion, Lianheng Memorial Hall, together with nearly 100 famous calligraphers and painters on both sides of the strait, created more than 100 calligraphy and painting works, and held a special exhibition entitled "Concentric Dreams Greeting Rejuvenation and Working Together to Paint a New Era -- Calligraphers and Painters on Both Sides of the Strait Celebrate the Tenth Anniversary of the Successful Application for The West Lake" to witness the glorious decade of the West Lake cultural landscape.
The exhibition is located in the Cross-Strait Cultural Exchange and Interaction Hall and the Sword and Flower Hall of the Lianheng Memorial Hall, and will be held on July 9 for a month. Guided by the Taiwan Affairs Office of the Hangzhou Municipal People's Government and the Hangzhou West Lake Scenic Area Management Committee (Hangzhou Xixi National Wetland Park Management Committee), sponsored by the Yuemiao Management Office of Hangzhou West Lake Scenic Area (Lianheng Memorial Hall), Hangzhou Jiangnan Calligraphy and Painting Institute, and Dahan Gallery Co., Ltd., with the theme of "Welcoming Rejuvenation with Concentric Dreams and Painting a New Era Together", nearly 100 calligraphy and painting works by artists from both sides of the strait, including Song Baisong, Gao Fagen, Li Huber, Huang Caisong, etc., covering calligraphy, landscapes, flowers and birds, Characters and other types of calligraphy and painting, the calligraphy conception is novel, the landscape is far-reaching, the flowers and birds are interesting, and the characters are interesting.
As the only Taiwan-themed memorial hall on the mainland, Lianheng Memorial Hall has been committed to promoting cross-strait traditional culture and matching cross-strait cultural exchanges, and has successively won honors such as "Cross-Strait Cultural Exchange Base", "Zhejiang Province Taiwan-related Education Base", "Hangzhou Youth Second Classroom Activity Base" and so on.
Nowadays, the Lianheng Memorial Hall has become a link for cross-strait cultural exchanges, and has won the attention and praise of experts, artists, leaders, media and people from all walks of life on both sides of the strait, and has become an important platform for the two sides of the strait to carry forward Chinese culture, expand exchanges and enhance consensus.
