Woods was in a serious car accident and was not life-threatening, but his career may end there

On February 23, local time, golf legend Tiger Woods suffered a serious car accident in Los Angeles and was subsequently rushed to the hospital for rescue.

Cnn reported that los angeles police issued a statement that Woods was overturned while driving, and then was rescued from the vehicle by the police and sent to UCLA Medical Center. At press time, Woods was still undergoing surgery. Police said Woods suffered serious injuries to both legs and multiple fractures, but was not life-threatening.

Public information released by police now shows that Woods' SUV stopped in the jungle after several flips after rushing out of the street for hundreds of feet. Before the accident, Woods was significantly outpacing normal and showed no signs of emergency braking.

Los Angeles police officer Carlos Gonzalez, the first police officer to arrive at the scene, said that when woods was rescued, the latter was unable to stand on his own, but was "sober and calm."

It is worth mentioning that the day before the accident, Woods also played golf with NBA star Wade.

Andy Scholes said, "Woods' golf career may have come to an end as a result, but we only want him safe now." Scholes also noted that Woods had taken painkillers after undergoing multiple surgical procedures. In 2017, police found him asleep in a car parked on the side of the road because he was taking "a lot of painkillers."
