Li Yuexian, a famous Jin opera performance artist, completed the famous family art project

In April 2018, the Department of Culture, Tourism and Arts announced the list of special support projects for opera in the 2018 "Chinese Excellent Traditional Arts Inheritance and Development Plan", and in the local opera category of "Famous Artists Passing on Opera - Contemporary Opera Masters Receiving Apprentices and Passing On Art Project", Li Yuexian, a famous Jin opera performance artist of Taiyuan Jin Opera Art Research Institute, was selected for the "Qi Wang Rama" and "Killing Yi" projects. At present, the project has been successfully completed.

Li Yuexian is a famous Jin opera performance artist, a national first-class actor, a representative inheritor of the national intangible cultural heritage (Jin opera), a teacher of Jin opera performance artist, educator, and founder of Ma Pai art. Her "Hat Wing Gong", "Hip Mouth Gong", "Zi Zi Gong" and "Horse Whip Gong" have achieved the integration of emotion, skill and art, especially "Hip Mouth Gong" is a must-have created by her. Since the 1980s, Li Yuexian has successively accepted more than 20 actors such as Xie Tao, Wang He'ai as apprentices, forming the third generation of heirs of the Ma Pai and cultivating many outstanding talents for Jin Opera.

In the face of this teaching work, Li Yuexian made sufficient preparations, from the body to the singing voice to the recitation, all sorted out. During the teaching period, Li Yuexian gave face-to-face teaching to the third generation of Ma Pai inheritors, national first-class actor Wang Heai and Cao Huayu, a student of the Provincial Opera Vocational College, and personally passed on the traditional Jin opera drama "Qi Wang Rama" and "Killing Yi", and recorded it on the spot, and now all the professors have been completed, and the famous family art project has been successfully completed.
