Fahai wanted to come close to help the village woman, but seeing that she was naked at this time, Fahai suddenly stopped and warned himself that he "can't break the color ring." But when he turned to leave, all he had in mind was the carcass of the village woman, and he couldn't drive it away.
As a monk who has only been practicing for 20 years, Fahai does not realize that he is first and foremost a "human being" with the "desires" shared by human nature. It was precisely because he did not realize this that he refused to admit it, still less to accept it, so he tried his best to exorcise this so-called "demon of the heart."
When Fahai returned to jinshan temple to meditate, the smooth skin and plump carcass of the village woman in the purple bamboo forest had always appeared in his mind. At this time, a group of human-like demons appeared around him, and Fahai wanted to drive them away with concentration, but they laughed at him, saying that we were Fahai himself.
Yes, these monsters are Fahai's "heart demons", the desires that lurk in his heart. But Fahai refused to face his true self, and he went on a killing spree and wiped out all these monsters.
Ignoring desire does not eliminate desire, but on the contrary, it will fall into desire because the attachment is too heavy; only by facing desire can we reconcile with desire and overcome desire.
Fahai attributed his being trapped by the "Heart Demon" to the mistaken collection of the spider essence, so he went to the Purple Bamboo Forest and released it. He also left a string of Buddha beads that had accumulated aura left by the spider spirit to the two snakes to help their cultivation.
Hundreds of years later, the two snakes cultivated into adults and came to the human world to further cultivate.
The purpose of the white snake is very clear, that is, to find an "honest person" to fall in love and stay for life. The green snake did not understand, she came with the white snake, and learned human behavior and emotions from the side.
When the white snake and Xu Xian were in love, the green snake imitated and understood from the side, and occasionally asked his brother-in-law to try the ox knife, which also stimulated the jealousy of the white snake.

The best way to subdue the two snakes is to arrest Xu Xian and take him to the Golden Mountain Temple, forcing Xiao Qing and the White Snake to come to the door to find someone, and the water floods the Golden Mountain.
In the process of fighting the two snakes, Fahai's obsession was too deep and manifested. He couldn't figure out what his real purpose was to capture Xu Xian, but instead indulged in the fighting method with the two snakes, and then he hurriedly "saved the world".
He first hoisted the Golden Mountain Temple to save the monks in the temple; then he wanted to save the people of Hangzhou who were ravaged by the flood; then he saw the white snake giving birth and wanted to save the white snake.
