On July 8, Tian Guoguo, secretary of the party committee and chairman of the board of directors of China Construction Bank, and his party went to Arongqi to conduct research and hold a symposium on CCB's support for the revitalization of the dairy industry. Huang Zhiqiang, vice chairman of the autonomous regional government, and Gao Runxi, deputy secretary of the municipal party committee and mayor, accompanied the investigation. The research team successively went to the First Ranch of Youran Animal Husbandry Co., Ltd., The Arong banner processing plant of Hulunbuir Yili Dairy, Tianxing Agriculture and Animal Husbandry Co., Ltd., the forage planting base, the Yu Nongtong Service Point of Jiefang Village in Xiangyangyu Town, the modern agricultural demonstration area, and the Arong Banner Dairy Revitalization Branch to fully understand the measures taken and the results achieved by the government and financial enterprises to jointly promote the revitalization of the dairy industry.
Tian Guoli pointed out that China Construction Bank fully implements the decision-making and deployment of the Party Central Committee and the State Council on the revitalization of the dairy industry, increases the support of finance to promote the revitalization of the dairy industry, and promotes accurate financial services and helps the revitalization of the dairy industry with better products and more practical measures. Starting from the pain points and difficulties of dairy development, we will grasp the two key links of planting and breeding to provide strong support for the development of the entire dairy industry chain. CCB actively practices inclusive finance, vigorously develops Yunongtong services, provides comprehensive financial services for rural customers, opens up the "last mile" of financial services, and uses financial technology and financial innovation to help rural revitalization.
Huang Zhiqiang demanded that the dairy industry is the business card of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, and the revitalization of the dairy industry is an important part of the strategy of realizing rural revitalization. The development of the real economy of the dairy industry should be inserted into the wings of finance and science and technology, promote the development of the industry to the direction of high-end, green, intelligent and integrated, and enhance the development level and market competitiveness of the dairy industry. During the accompanying investigation, Gao Runxi said that Hulunbuir should thoroughly implement the decision-making and deployment of the Party Central Committee, the State Council and the autonomous region on the revitalization of the dairy industry, unswervingly take the new path of high-quality development oriented by ecological priority and green development, keep an eye on the goal and task of dairy revitalization, focus on the construction of milk source bases and the cultivation of leading enterprises, and continuously improve the modernization level of the dairy industry. Ah Rongqi should increase the intensity of project promotion, accelerate the construction of milk source bases, effectively lay a solid foundation for milk sources, make enterprises stronger and better, build a full-cycle dairy industry chain, promote the high-quality development of dairy industry, drive farmers and herdsmen to continue to increase income, and comprehensively promote the in-depth implementation of the rural revitalization strategy.
