In order to accelerate the construction of key projects in our city, on the morning of October 20, Huang Zhiqiang, vice chairman of the Municipal Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, led the staff of the Economic Committee of the Municipal People's Political Consultative Conference and some members of the Municipal Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference to supervise the comprehensive treatment of the Ningyuan River (Phase I) project of Sanya Yazhou Bay Science and Technology City, the construction project of air traffic control facilities and equipment of Sanya Air Traffic Control Station, and the centralized cooling supply project of Sanya Yazhou Bay Nanfan Science and Technology City, and to learn more about the problems existing in the planning, construction progress, supporting construction and project promotion process of each project.
Huang Zhiqiang and his party first came to the construction site of air traffic control facilities and equipment of Sanya Air Traffic Control Station to inspect, listened carefully to the project leader's briefing on the project construction, and inquired in detail about the progress and existing problems of the project construction. At present, the project has been successfully constructed, but there are problems such as pile foundation construction and external power connection in the rainy season of the main foundation construction stage, which affects the construction progress. Huang Zhiqiang demanded that the project party should carefully sort out the problems and causes affecting the progress of the project, actively coordinate and solve the difficulties encountered in the promotion of the project, list the existing difficult problems, put forward opinions and solutions, and give timely feedback to ensure the effective progress of the project.
Subsequently, Huang Zhiqiang and his party inspected the construction site of the centralized cooling project in the Nanfan Science and Technology City area of Yazhou Bay, Sanya. It is understood that the project is progressing smoothly, and after the completion of the project, it will bring significant benefits to the development of regional cooling in Sanya Yazhou, improve the efficiency of regional energy utilization, reduce carbon dioxide emissions, and save the cost of energy use for users.
Finally, Huang Zhiqiang came to the site of the Ningyuan River Comprehensive Treatment (Phase I) Project of Sanya Yazhou Bay Science and Technology City to listen to the basic situation of the project party on the governance of the Ningyuan River, which is one of the provincial key projects promoted by Sanya City, and the main construction contents include water safety guarantee project, water environment treatment project, water ecological restoration and water landscape construction project. The project plays an important role in improving the water quality of the Ningyuan River, consolidating the barges, and increasing the ecological diversity of the entire new city.
Huang Zhiqiang stressed that all relevant departments and units should improve their ideological understanding, enhance their political standing, actively go deep into the front line of project construction, take the initiative to serve, actively dock, improve service awareness, resolve problems in a timely manner, create a good environment for project advancement and construction, and ensure that the construction of key projects is accelerated, improved in quality, and efficiency; project units should go all out to speed up the progress of project construction in strict accordance with relevant time nodes, accelerate the progress of project construction under the premise of ensuring project quality, construction safety, and environmental protection standards, and ensure that the project is completed as soon as possible and achieves results as soon as possible.
