Director Yuanming visited the case management hall, the big data application case handling work area (including the comprehensive exhibition hall of the special struggle against organized crime and evil forces), the public interest litigation case handling work area, and the psychological counseling room for minors. At the forum, Director Yuanming listened to a report on the serious crimes procuratorial work of the Lixia District Procuratorate, fully affirmed the achievements made by the Lixia District Procuratorate in the prosecution of serious crimes, and put forward five work requirements: First, adhere to the party's absolute leadership, implement stressing politics in every link of case handling, pay attention to system concepts, rule of law thinking, and strong foundation orientation, promote the integration of political construction and professional construction, further serve the overall situation of economic construction, and celebrate the 100 th anniversary of the founding of the CPC with outstanding achievements. The second is to adhere to the people-centered approach, to handle every case with the ultimate standard, to uphold an objective and fair stance, to perform the leading responsibility, to take into account the principles of heaven, the law of the land, and human feelings, and to strive to let the people feel fairness and justice in every judicial case. The third is to actively participate in social governance, we must make full use of the advantages of grass-roots procuratorates in "rich mines", discover problems through handling cases, look for clues to governance, accurately formulate and issue procuratorial suggestions, and implement the "No. 4 Procuratorial Recommendations", anti-narcotics, safe production and other work. The fourth is to promote the implementation of various policies, to face the difficulties, to implement the key work such as leniency in admitting guilt and accepting punishment, the ratio of pressure drop cases, self-supplementary investigation, and judicial aid, to make special highlights, and to promote the high-quality development of felony work.
