【Directions】
1. Remove the skin of the tofu slices, press into a paste, add minced shiitake mushrooms, minced ham, fine salt, sugar, starch, flour and mix well, squeeze into a small oval tofu.
2. Put the net pot on the fire, add vegetable oil and heat it to 60%, add the oval tofu and fry until golden brown, fish out and drain the oil.
3. Leave a little bottom oil in the pot, heat it on the fire, add enoki mushrooms, water hair fungus, water hair silver ear, bamboo shoot shreds and oval tofu and stir-fry well.
4. Add oyster sauce and broth and cook until boiling, add blanched kale, hook with water starch, drizzle with sesame oil, and serve in a bowl.
