China Net Finance and Economics on April 15, today, Harbin Sanlian (sz:002900) issued an announcement that it received a notice from its wholly-owned subsidiary, Lanxi Ha Sanlian Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., which has changed its business scope, and has completed the registration procedures for industrial and commercial changes, and obtained the "Business License" issued by the Lanxi County Market Supervision and Administration Bureau.
According to the announcement, the business scope has added "methanol/ethyl acetate (3:1), tetrahydrofuran, ethanol, methanol (dangerous goods business license valid until April 7, 2023) sales on the basis of the original; production and sales of tablets and hard capsules".
Except for the change of business scope, the other registration matters of the "Business License" of Lanxiha Sanlian Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. remain unchanged.
