Quantitative loading system: The hardware of the quantitative loading controller is mainly composed of an integrated intelligent controller module, a liquid crystal operation panel (including the operation keyboard) and other auxiliary equipment (terminals, power supply, explosion-proof box, etc.).

The signal of the post-quantitative loading system is transmitted to the DCS operation station for the automatic management and monitoring of the loading system.

The loading system uses field instruments and equipment including: flowmeter, automatic control valve, anti-static ground protector, overflow protector, filter, crane pipe, skid mount, etc.

(1) DCS operation station system

It is used to complete the collection and storage of field data, process screen display, production process monitoring, data management, database interface and query, and production report generation. The DCS system is mainly composed of microcomputer and configuration software.

(2) Quantitative loading instrument

Quantitative loading system including ethyl acetate flowmeter and quantitative controller.

(3) Field instruments

Field instruments and equipment include: ethyl acetate flowmeter, pneumatic two-stage control ball valve, pneumatic control ball valve, electrostatic protector, filter, crane pipe, skid mount, etc.

Its main functions are as follows:

(1) Parameter setting function

The ethyl acetate dosing system can set the loading parameters by DCS or the loading instrument according to the needs of the tonnage size of the tanker. These parameters include: flow coefficient, amount of advance, overshoot, delay time to open the valve, fluid density, etc.

(2) Quantitative loading control

After determining the working parameters of the ethyl acetate loading system, the loading system will complete the automatic loading process according to the specified procedure, and when the amount of ethyl acetate reaches the set value, the loading will be automatically stopped.

(3) Overflow protection function

When an overflow occurs, stop loading.

(4) Grounding protection function

When it is detected that the system is not safely grounded, the loading cannot be started, and if it is being loaded, the loading is stopped.

(5) Power-down protection function

When there is an unexpected power failure during the loading process, the loading parameters can be saved, and the loading can continue after the power is applied.

(6) Data collection function

The quantitative loading system can collect the flowmeter pulse signal or standard current signal, and can access the thermal resistance temperature signal through the transmitter, and can also access the anti-overflow, electrostatic ground clip and other switching signals.

(7) Sequence control function of valve and pump

At the beginning of the loading, the valve (pump) is opened in the predetermined chronological order, and then the valve (pump) is closed in accordance with the predetermined time and order when the loading is carried out, and the automatic loading operation is completed.

(8) On-site emergency stop function

The loading system and remote monitoring screen are equipped with an emergency stop button, if an emergency occurs on the spot during loading, the operator only needs to press the emergency stop button to stop loading the car immediately.

(9) Remote and in-place real-time monitoring function

The quantitative loading system is equipped with a high-brightness LCD screen, when operating in situ, real-time display of the loading process and the status of related equipment, remote operation, DCS remote monitoring computer and loading instrument synchronous real-time display of loading process and the status of related equipment.

(10) Remote/in-place loading mode conversion function

Under normal circumstances, it is loaded remotely through DCS, and can also be loaded directly on site as needed, and each loader in this system is a complete metering, control and display unit, independent of DCS.
