Open and close jump 100 *2. One in the morning and one in each group.

100 jump ropes.

Next Phase Objectives (Sunday):

4.5 km/ 6' or less.

Squats 90 at a time.

100 hops. --A warm-up is necessary before each exercise. Tentatively, as the subsequent physical fitness slowly increases, the warm-up strength can be increased accordingly.

Summary for today:

Tonight is in general condition, and after 2 kilometers, it is determined by willpower. Fortunately, the results were satisfactory. This state, a bit like the feeling of being on the edge of your comfort zone, stick to it and include it in your comfort zone!

Good habits continue to be maintained, such as warming up before exercise, cleaning the nasal cavity, eating regularly, etc.

Bad habits need to be changed, such as the exhaustion after exercise will become excited as soon as it passes, which will lead to staying up late at night. Remember that one of the original intentions of exercise is to improve sleep and improve the quality of rest. Movement is a means, not an end. There is a subconscious tendency to accomplish exercise as a task, and vigilance is needed.
