Next Phase Objectives (Sunday):

4.5 km/ 6' or less.

Squats 90 at a time.

Open and close jump 120 pcs. --A warm-up is necessary before each exercise. Tentatively, as the subsequent physical fitness slowly increases, the warm-up strength can be increased accordingly.

Summary for today:

Overall good form tonight. Mileage/time/pace all hit new highs. Keep it up, arch the day!

Today weighed the weight and gained a few pounds. Yes, after continuous exercise, the diet has increased, and although I still stay up late at night, the quality of sleep has improved significantly. Keep sticking with it, with the goal of gaining another 10 pounds of weight.

Tonight is still running a large lap of 1 km, and found that it is indeed conducive to persistence. The follow-up will be fixed according to this.

The habit of staying up late after exercise needs to be changed! There is a tendency in the subconscious to accomplish exercise as a task. Whether it is to stay up late as a reward for completing exercise tasks, or to relax after exercise, it is extremely undesirable to relax the psychology of wanting to stay up late to relax. Vigilance is needed.
