Open and close jump 120 pcs. --A warm-up is necessary before each exercise. Tentatively, as the subsequent physical fitness slowly increases, the warm-up strength can be increased accordingly.

Today's summary: Running and running suddenly remembered Forrest Gump. Many years ago, I watched "Forrest Gump", the details of the movie have been blurred, and the only impression is forrest Gump who is constantly running. Tomorrow happens to be the weekend, find it and re-watch it.
