Lao Tzu has a saying: "Great straightness is like bending, great cleverness is like clumsiness, and great debate is like a big argument." ”
Most of the things that can really stand upright and not fall can withstand twists and turns; the most ingenious and delicate things in the world are often the most clumsy in their expression.
A truly eloquent person, they will not easily argue with others, but will only choose to be temporary. Because not arguing is the best argument.
In fact, everything in this world is relative. You see the worst side, and it is possible that behind this side, it is a harbinger of the arrival of good.
There is a saying that "great wisdom is foolishness, and great courage is cowardice." ”
A person with great wisdom is often like a "stupid" person, who has no proud sharp edge, but only excessively restrains himself.
If we want to survive better in this society, we must "retreat to advance", instead of exposing the sharp edge, causing countless right and wrong and trouble.
So, how can we become a person who is "wise and foolish" and can be successful in the world?
Lao Tzu once said, "A saint is not great in the end, so he can become great." ”
You don't want to succeed, you can succeed. The real "wise as foolish" people, they have all practiced this set of skills, can play the wisdom to the extreme.
"Zhou Yi" has a saying: "A gentleman hides his instrument in his body and waits for the time to move." ”
A capable person, they will collect their talents, will not be too prominent, so as to attract people's attention.
The tibetan vessel itself seems to be an unenterprising and cowardly behavior, but in fact, only by accumulating patience and strength can people seize the opportunity and make a splash.
In this society, why are there so many people who are easy to offend people, or who are full of enthusiasm and talent and cannot be used?
That is because these people do not restrain their own sharp edges, but are too sharp, so that the sinister people can see them, so as to target and exclude them.
There was once a young man who, when he first came to the unit, was complacent with his background in a high degree, and even the seniors of the old seniors did not look at him.
In this regard, someone once warned him not to be so arrogant, otherwise it would be detrimental to himself. But the young man directly told the leader these words, which embarrassed everyone.
The leader didn't say anything, just let him pay attention to his personal behavior. But the young man was still a little more energetic, and did not listen to the persuasion of others at all.
Later, he was pushed into a corner, and even the leaders ignored him. He could only resign in disgrace, leaving only endless lamentations and a sense of nostalgia.
In fact, this is where Huai Cai did not meet it, it is clear that he dug his own pit and jumped by himself, and he did not think about how to be a person, how to do things, and how to turn the sharp edge into a hidden forbearance.
Man, when he has no power, do not move, do not offend people, this is the best way to protect himself. With this, people can plan and then move forward steadily.
Speaking of "great wisdom and foolishness", in fact, the first thing we think of is the sand monk in "Journey to the West".
The sand monk looked silly and did not have any great ability, but no one hated him, no one hated him, and he also lived into the most "moderate" existence.
In terms of background, he is not as good as Tang Sanzang; in terms of strength, he is not as good as Sun Wukong; in terms of emotional intelligence, he is not as good as the Eight Precepts of pigs.
Among the brothers, he was a relatively humble being. However, why was he able to blend in with the team so that he could obtain the True Scriptures and complete his cultivation?
It is because he understands his strength and confidence, so as to use his strength to fight and integrate himself into the team.
Just like when fighting a monster, the sand monk will not be the first to rush forward, but will call out to Sun Wukong, the "strong man", to lead the team.
Just like when going out to deal with people, sha monk will not introduce himself, but will recommend the eight precepts of the pig to complete this task that he is good at.
It was like when he received credit, he would not say that he would be the first to ask for credit, but would completely give the choice to Tang Sanzang and push him to preside over the overall situation.
In fact, this is what Lao Tzu called "dust with light." You reconcile your light and merge with all things. In this way, we can reach a new realm and attack the jade with the stone of the mountain.
Anything in this society is overshadowed. Underneath this curtain, you don't know if there's good or evil.
But there's one thing we have to understand, and that's what's hidden, you can't say it. Once it is said, it is not far from suffering.
Why? Because everything has its own unique cause and effect. Behind these antecedents and consequences, there are certain forces.
If your power has not reached a certain level, or is not enough to confront the forces behind this matter, it cannot be easily said.
There is a saying that "see through it and don't say it, just laugh it off." ”
We people, in fact, after continuous experience, can see through the essence of life and find out the truth behind life. However, such a truth will offend people.
Many people think that I am righteous, and I am afraid of offending people.
This is actually not the right idea. Because one person cannot resist a group of people. Therefore, in the workplace, we must see through, but we cannot say it thoroughly.
To put it mildly, behind the thoroughness, is a person's "coolness".
Wise and foolish people, they are like a warm stream of water, not easily offending people, but only pretending to be confused.
Seeing through is a skill, but not saying it is a silent wisdom.
