On July 23, 2020, Zhong Fangrong, a left-behind girl in Hunan Province, won a total score of 676 points in the college entrance examination, becoming the fourth place in the liberal arts of Hunan Province. However, Zhong Fangrong has attracted much attention because of her intention to report on the archaeology major at Peking University. One voice believes that the archaeology major is relatively "unpopular", and it is a pity to apply for a high score; another voice says that what kind of major to apply for should consider Zhong Fangrong's own wishes.

On August 2, Zhong Fangrong said on her personal authentication Weibo that she loved history and cultural relics since she was a child, and applied for the archaeology major, which was also influenced by Mr. Fan Jinshi.

According to the official website of the Central Research Museum of Culture and History, Fan Jinshi is a famous archaeologist, who graduated from Peking University in 1963 and worked in the Dunhuang Research Institute for more than 40 years, known as the "daughter of Dunhuang".
