In 1998, Jinyun rebuilt the Yellow Emperor Ancestral Hall in the style of the Tang Dynasty and restored the ceremony of the Yellow Emperor of Xuanyuan, and every year since then, the Lishui Municipal People's Government or the Jinyun County People's Government have hosted the ceremony. In 2011, the "Jinyun Xuanyuan Festival" was selected into the third batch of national intangible cultural heritage representative list. In 2014, it became a festival project in Zhejiang Province approved by the Party Central Committee and the State Council. In July this year, after the approval of the National Leading Group for The Work of Cleaning Up and Standardizing the Celebration Seminar Forum, it was agreed that the organizer of the Yellow Emperor Ceremony of the Chinese Xiandu Festival was changed to the People's Government of Zhejiang Province, which is held once a year. At this point, Zhejiang Jinyun, Shaanxi Huangling, and Henan Xinzheng formed a national Xuanyuan Yellow Emperor sacrifice pattern with three places and equal levels.

Blood is rooted and passed down from generation to generation. The Yellow Emperor of Xuanyuan is the humanistic ancestor of the Chinese nation and the pioneer and founder of Chinese civilization.
