According to the small editor of Puyang Real Estate Network, today the official website of the Puyang Municipal Bureau of Natural Resources and Planning released the third phase of the Project of Puyang Greentown Primary School applied for by The Greentown Road Primary School in Puyang City, and is now applying for the "Opinion on pre-examination and site selection of land for construction projects", and is hereby announced before approval in accordance with the requirements of the "Urban and Rural Planning Law of the People's Republic of China" and other relevant laws and regulations.
The proposed site of the project is located in the west of Kunwu Road and the south of Kaide Road, with a net land area of 5163.01 square meters, and the proposed construction scale: covering an area of about 6 acres, a proposed comprehensive building, with a total construction area of 5200 square meters, of which the above ground area is about 2900 square meters and the underground area is about 2300 square meters.
